Orders & Payment
What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees for non-USD cards.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal through Nexpay, plus any other methods shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at lauckygao@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to help. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Where do you ship from?

How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. US delivery is typically 3–7 business days. See our full Shipping Policy.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in resalable condition. See our Refund Policy for details.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Products & Parts
Are these official LEGO products?
KJBrick sells compatible building block sets and display models. Products are described on each listing. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with the LEGO Group.
What if I am missing pieces?
Email us at lauckygao@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and photos of the issue. We send replacement parts at no charge — you do not need to return the full set.
Do products come in retail boxes?
Many items ship in eco-friendly packaging without retail boxes to reduce shipping costs. Product pages note packaging when relevant.
