Can I change or cancel my order?

We fulfill from US and EU warehouses. The warehouse used depends on product availability and your delivery address.

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import duties?

Are these official LEGO products?
KuajiJimu sells compatible building block sets and display models. Products are described on each listing. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with the LEGO Group.
What if I am missing pieces?
Email us at ccddzzw@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and photos of the issue. We will arrange replacement parts or a suitable resolution.
Do products come in retail boxes?
Many items ship in eco-friendly packaging without retail boxes to reduce shipping costs. Product pages note packaging when relevant.
