At KuajiJimu, we ship building sets worldwide from our US and EU warehouses to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-order items may ship within up to 30 days (noted on product page).
Delivery Time
- US Warehouse: 3–5 business days domestic; 5–10 business days international.
- EU Warehouse: 3–7 business days within Europe; 7–14 business days to other regions.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available on all orders. A flat international shipping rate may apply at checkout for certain destinations.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent by email once your package ships.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
