30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your building set. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
- Item is unused and in original condition.
- All parts and instructions are included.
- Product is in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially assembled sets (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Return Process
- Contact us at ccddzzw@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of approval.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Missing or Damaged Parts
If parts are missing or damaged, contact us and we will send free replacements — no need to return the full set.
