Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from KJBrick at kuajijimu.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Products

KJBrick sells compatible building block sets. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group. Listings describe piece count, packaging, and compatibility. Many sets ship without a retail box.

Orders and Payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed at checkout through Nexpay (card or PayPal) or other methods shown on the checkout page. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or payment cannot be completed.

Shipping

We ship from our US warehouse. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Domestic US delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed when the order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the product is defective. See our Refund Policy.

Missing or Damaged Pieces

If pieces are missing or damaged, email ccddzzw@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We send replacement parts at no charge — you do not need to return the full set.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KJBrick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
